Joskin Telecover2 hydraulic cover

JOSKIN is already offering various models of covers to be fitted on its agricultural trailers. In order to complete this offer, we add the Telecover2 to the available options.

Given its "V" shape, it is ideal for products for which the absence of structure or arches makes loading easier (potatoes, sugar beets, etc.). Available on the monocoque tipping trailers and multi-purpose trailers, this strong cover (690 g/m²) is fastened on a sub-frame that is bolted on the body and it is hydraulically controlled from the tractor. All handling works (climb, unwind, put straps, etc.) are now unnecessary. In short: more safety and a higher output!

It is winded on the right-hand side by means of an ingenious system operated by a hydraulic motor (20 l/min at 86 bar) and supported by two heavy articulated arms. This watertight structure allows to open the door even when the cover is closed. A point on which JOSKIN devoted a particular attention is the uppression of wind resistance when opening or closing the cover. It is indeed winded as close as possible from the structure.

ADVANTAGES of the Telecover2 cover:

  • quick
  • practical
  • watertight
  • functional
  • flexible
  • no wind resistance
  • suited to all products, even if the load is not flat
  • compatible with hydraulic extensions
  • operated from the tractor cabin
  • no intervention from the driver
